An expert in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Mugford has more than 30 years of professional experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing. Currently, she is Managing Director of the North East/Central Pennsylvania Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association, overseeing the organization, planning and conducting monthly educational meetings and securing new members. She has 10 years of experience in her current position and previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Director for area hotels. The recipient of the North American Networking Award from Sheraton Corporation, she attributes her success to her understanding of people. Ms. Mugford received her Associate's Degree in Business from Wilkes-Barre Business College. She sits on the board of directors for the Women's Organization of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce and aspires to continue in the same profession.
