True to the branding, Tremont represents "city living circa today". According to Pearlberg, the decision to expand living options at Tremont was based to today's consumer demands. "Rental rates will begin from $1200 per month."

Each residence is complete with 8'entry doors, 10' ceilings throughout, crown molding, 5" baseboards, bamboo flooring in the primary living areas, gourmet kitchens with solid wood Shaker style cabinets in four shades plus five granite selections for countertops. Appliances are Whirlpool Gold Star Plus stainless steel and include a 23 cubic inch double door refrigerator, gas range, microwave and multi-cycle dishwasher. Hardware and fixtures are brushed chrome and stainless steel. Each residence is complete with patio or balcony, plus the townhomes feature direct street access. Pearlberg pointed out that the tech-savvy buyers will appreciate the pre-wiring for stereo and surround sound as well as internet, cable and data transmission lines. As part of the EarthCraft Home program, all homes feature vinyl- clad, oversized wood windows with screens.
"We made a special effort to add cache in the bathroom design," noted Pearlberg. "Most master baths feature oversized soaking tubs plus walk-in showers, solid wood vanities with granite vanity tops and undercounter mounted sinks. Also included are decorator lighting, and designer hardware."
The launch of Tremont is highlighted by the opening of a designer model, the information center, Tremont fitness center and Community Room with flat screen televisions. According to Pearlberg, there will be on-site management provided as well. "We have incorporated excellent amenities into our community. Residents can enjoy our pool deck with conversation areas as well as grilling facilities. We provide assigned limited access parking for each home and two card-accessed elevator locations within the building."
These features combine with the incredible location to provide intrinsic value to the community. With a Habersham address, residents can walk to shopping, restaurants, employment centers, MARTA and entertainment venues. Pearlberg added Flagstar Bank will soon open in the commercial space.
