As corporate quality manager for the systems division, he is in charge of assuring quality, managing logistics and compliance systems, and overseeing assessment and processing. He considers attaining the position of maintenance manager to be the highlight of his career to date, and attributes his success to his communication skills and to the support of his colleagues.

An alumnus of Regis University, Mr. Bennett holds an MBA and is pursuing a Ph D. in Applied Management and Decision Science, Leadership and Change Management.
