GREENBELT, MD, March 12, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Challenge M. Okiwe, Director of the Center for Advancement of Minority Accountants at the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of accounting.

With seven years of experience in the accounting field, Mr. Okiwe excels in the implementation, development and management of programs. On a daily basis, he is responsible for representing minorities in accounting and finance, handling programs on a national level from high school, college, middle management to senior level executives, and management of more than 20 programs and events for all different levels. In 2002, Mr. Okiwe became the inaugural recipient of the National Student of the Year Award from the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. and loves working with youth as a mentor and motivational speaker. He joined the association as a freshman in college, where he served as the president of the student chapter. He attributes his success to his upbringing, supportive mother, ability to be involved in the community and his passion to serve and help others.

Mr. Okiwe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University in 2002. In 2002, he was honored with the Most Involved Student and Outstanding Contribution Award from Bentley University, the Diversity Affairs Honor, the True Learner Award and the Valued Student Leader Award. A supporter of Young Savants, Inc., Mr. Okiwe aspires to combine his professional career along with his passion for music, fashion and entertainment.
