Mr. Elford has 13 years of professional experience in people management, overseeing operations, managing properties located in the brewery district in downtown Columbus and making good business decisions. He became involved in his profession because he felt an obligation to carry on the family business. Mr. Elford is also a firefighter and paramedic and attributes his success to his inner drive and his parents.

In 1985, Mr. Elford received his Associate of Arts in Business Management from Columbus State Community College. He is a member of The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and the International Association of Fire Fighters.
