With 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Ervine specializes in safety leadership, heavy construction and hazard identification, analysis and control. He is responsible for managing contracts, conducting incident investigations, rigging, scaffolding, behavioral and cultural development and improvement, and overseeing root cause analyses. He manages 13 full time and four temporary health and safety professionals and has seen a consistent reduction of injuries in all departments that he's supported throughout his career. A recipient of several outstanding performance awards, he credits his success to his calling to his profession and to his perseverance. He has been recognized by Who's Who in Science and Engineering three times and Who's Who Among Global Business Leaders.

A degreed safety engineer, Mr. Ervine received his Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering from Warren National University. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the National Safety Management Society, the National Safety Council and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter and fisherman and supports his church, the Humane Society of the United States, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and the Salvation Army.
