ASHEVILLE, NC, May 1, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ann Bolinger, MED, Curriculum Coach for Buncombe County Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of curriculum development.

Ann Bolinger, MED has an impressive professional background that spans 30 years. Considered a curriculum coach, she is responsible for training teachers, providing staff development, working alongside principals and acting as a liaison between the central office and individual schools. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was honored as the outstanding VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who in 2008, and attributes her success to her ability to stay current with the trends in her profession.

A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Ms. Bolinger then received her Education Specialist Degree from Western Carolina University. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Educators, the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International and the National Education Association. She is a former member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and Phi Delta Kappa. In five years, she intends to establish a private consulting firm.
