AAM Calls on Employees to Contribute 3,000 Hours of Volunteer Service to Mark its 25th Anniversary

We can't think of a better way to mark AAM's 25th year than to focus our employees' talents and energy toward community service.

TEMPE, AZ, May 21, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With the goal of raising the bar for HOA management companies in Arizona, Laura Ziff launched Associated Asset Management (AAM) from her home in 1990, thus beginning AAM's start as one of the leading full-service, integrated professional association management companies in the Southwest. Ziff's commitment to AAM's founding principles is evidenced by the company's 25 years of charitable giving and community support.

Since the company opened its doors in December of 1990, AAM has grown from a one-person HOA management company into an industry leader with 550 employees across twelve regional offices in seven states, providing professional management, accounting and IT services to over 500 homeowner associations. Founding Partner and Co-CEO, Laura Ziff, commented, "Thanks to our loyal clients and talented employees, we've been able to grow into a successful, respected company that just keeps getting better."

Honoring Ziff's commitment to the community, AAM marks its 25th anniversary with a call to community service. Partner and President Amanda Shaw has challenged every AAM employee to volunteer at least eight hours of service to his or her local community. "I can't think of a better way to mark AAM's 25th year than to focus our employees' talents and energy toward community service," said Shaw. "When we started discussing how to celebrate our anniversary, we felt that it was important to find a way to help people connect within the community, since that's such a big part of who we are as a company."

To further that commitment to the community, AAM employees will participate in a "Day of Service" that includes working closely with Back to School Clothing Drive, a non-profit agency that provides fundamental clothing, hygiene and school supply items to high-need children throughout Arizona. All local AAM Arizona employees will participate in the "New Clothes New Beginnings" drive and distribution that takes place July 13th through 16th at Grand Canyon University. Working in 5.5 hour shifts, volunteers will assist in a variety of functions as children select their new clothes.

In addition, AAM will be making a donation to the organization's Student Attire for Education (SAFE) Matching Grant Program. This allows schools with mandatory school uniform policies to provide assistance to their students most in need. Through this program, Back to School Clothing Drive will match up to $2500 to eligible schools for the purchase of school uniforms and clothes when the school shops in their online SAFE store.

"Through our donation and volunteer support, we are able to honor the spirit and commitment we have to the communities we serve," Shaw went on to say, "We're excited about our future, our growth and our expansion of services into new markets. Looking ahead, I know the next 25 years will be just as amazing!"
