Mr. Hogg has maintained a long-standing fondness for property-related projects, thus leading him into a 15-year career in project management. In 2011 he became a member of the Savills Project Management team in Australia, serving as an Associate Director and Head of Retail Project Management - Queensland. Skilled in large scale retail rollouts and the management of complex retail developments, he is responsible for overseeing the Retail Project Management division, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring that his team provides excellent and reputable service. He is responsible for securing new business to drive the sustained growth of the business.

Mr. Hogg has been involved in the property sector for the past 15 years, occupying various roles. He began as an assistant project manager on a terrace house development project in Auckland, New Zealand, and advanced into a development consultant role for a large-scale sub division. He has been part owner of a successful private construction company. From New Zealand his interest in project management took him to the United Kingdom where he worked for Rider Levett Bucknall as an Associate heading up a national roll-out of new build public houses. In 2010, Mr. Hogg and his young family made the journey to Australia where he has quickly established himself as one of the rising leaders in the industry. Mr. Hogg's passion for property stems from being able to look back on a project and see real results with real people being able to benefit from his work, and always saw it as something he would be able to show his children when making the decision to enter into the field.

Mr. Hogg recently earned an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction Management from The Master Builders Association of Australia. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, and the Association for Project Management. He attributes his success to his ambitious attitude and his key strengths in motivating and leading others. As the years progress, he intends to continue to advance his career with Savills Project Management with the short term goal of being appointed as National Head of Retail Project Management.
