ALBUQUERQUE, NM, July 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC, a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, recently appointed two seasoned Community Managers, Brandy Hetherington and Pat Parkison, to further expand their growing portfolio in Albuquerque.
Brandy Hetherington comes to AAM from a local landscape firm, where she worked as a Portfolio Account Manager for just over three years. Her account management experience includes a range of 80 - 100 clients, comprised of homeowners associations, medical facilities, commercial offices and shopping centers.
Prior to working at the landscape firm, Brandy Hetherington was a Portfolio Manager for nearly five years with a local homeowners association management company. She has widespread knowledge with managing a variety of homeowners associations, including townhomes, condos and mixed use associations.

Operating with a passion for excellence and providing strong customer service, she is committed to seeing each project and/or individual issue all the way through to completion. Patricia Parkison brings to AAM over 30 years of experience in the multi-family real property industry. She has held a myriad of positions throughout her career including a Senior Community Manager for a local HOA company and a Regional Director for several multi-family management companies.
Pat has an impressive background in real property management with an extensive history in single family, multi-family, HUD and IRS subsidized housing, HOA, COA and COOP management. She also has worked closely with declarant controlled Boards successfully transition to the homeowner controlled Boards.
