Casey Storage Solutions to Build a 63,000 Square Foot Self-Storage Property in Shrewsbury, MA

The new self-storage property will be very conveniently located at 757-789 Boston Turnpike (Rt 9) Shrewsbury, MA 01545.

    WORCESTER, MA, July 09, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- PhilMor Real Estate Investments, LLC is proud to announce it has received all the necessary approvals to build an institutional-grade self-storage property in Shrewsbury, MA. The new facility, which will have over 63,000 net rentable square feet, will operate under the trade name Casey Storage Solutions. The property will be managed by Casey Property Management, LLC.

The self-storage facility is located at 757-789 Boston Turnpike (Route 9 next to a Price Chopper). The property will feature indoor and drive up self-storage units ranging in size from 5 feet by 5 feet to 10 feet by 30 feet; climate controlled units, secure gate access, video surveillance and a full retail offering of packing supplies and boxes.
