GLADWYNE, PA, December 09, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Liss Property Group has partnered with 4 Walls as one of the first adopters of Respage Community, a turnkey service that uses social media to help property managers communicate with residents, improve resident engagement and attract new residents. Utilizing a proprietary resident website platform, the Liss Respage Community site provides the opportunity for resident interaction through a resident blog, an events calendar to track upcoming events, and an interactive resident poll. Weekly blog content is also automatically posted to Liss Property's Facebook page, Twitter, and email feeds to further engage residents.

Since Liss's Respage Community is updated and maintained by the 4 Walls team, Liss Property Group has been able to add this amenity without additional burden to the property managers or leasing staff.
Liss Property Group also recently engaged 4 Walls' website design and marketing division, 4 Marketshare, to launch a redesigned, user-friendly website for prospective renters. The new site includes information about the company and its fourteen properties in Northeast Philadelphia, and it provides the option to schedule a visit with a leasing agent to tour a Liss property and apply for an apartment online. The new site also makes it easy for current residents to pay rent and send maintenance requests online, as well as link directly to Liss's Respage Community. Liss Property Group also utilizes 4 Walls' Internet listing service, www.4walls.us, to generate rental leads.
