Known as the largest Independence Day celebration in the state, Oceanfest welcomed hundreds of thousands to enjoy a day of excitement on the beach and an evening fireworks show that left attendees in awe.
This year's fireworks extravaganza was sponsored by South Beach at Long Branch, a beautiful new condominium development that aims to bring a taste of Miami-style luxury living to the New Jersey shore. The Master Sand Sculpting Exhibit also featured a South Beach at Long Branch, John Gowdy designed, beautiful sand castle to promote the upcoming development project.

The South Beach at Long Branch booth featured informational materials on the project and a monitor displaying a rendered video of what the building will look like when completed along with beautiful bird's-eye view photographs. Attendees who were interested to learn more were directed to The South Beach at Long Branch Sales Gallery on Ocean Ave.
The Sales Gallery offers guests a chance to see how several of the homes will look when South Beach at Long Branch is completed. Guests also signed up for South Beach at Long Branch's newsletter to receive updates on the project as well as invitations to future events.
South Beach at Long Branch is slated to be completed in the summer of 2019. Comprised of two eight-story towers overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the South Beach condominiums are to be made up of 47 residences, each featuring two-to-four bedroom homes that offer the sophisticated buyer an unparalleled living experience at the Jersey Shore.
