    HOLLAND, OH, April 20, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Douglas Company, General Contractor, announces the completion of All American of Warwick, a 58,000 square-foot, new assisted living and memory care community located in Warwick, Rhode Island. This $11.7 million project marks the sixth completed project by The Douglas Company for owner and developer, Kaplan Development Group.

The 58 unit, All American Assisted Living of Warwick, was designed by EGA Architects and boasts spacious studios and two-bedroom companion suites for residents, as well as, a gorgeous state-of-the-art memory care wing specifically dedicated to caring and providing a secure home-like environment for residents with Alzheimer's and memory disorders.

The new community features amenities including a variety of common areas, a library, media room, arts and crafts room, a salon, bistro, exercise and rehabilitation room, and a spacious dining room. The landscaped grounds feature walking paths, a putting green and bocce court, as well as sitting areas and gardens.
