It's not hard to see why this bilingual bot is a smart investment for multifamily communities, given the rising number of Spanish speakers in the United States. Census data currently pins that number at approximately 40 million, with some models suggesting the US will overtake Mexico as the country with the largest Spanish-speaking population by 2050.
Moreover, roughly 50 percent of Spanish speaking households rent their homes, making Spanish communication even more essential for the multifamily industry.
