Pardee Homes is offering special summer savings on select homes now through the end of August at Canterra and Casabella in coastal-close Pacific Highlands Ranch and on single-story homes at Olive Hill in Bonsall.

The final two phases and model build out are now underway at Sorrento Heights. This popular new home neighborhood is ideally located above Sorrento Valley near the heart of San Diego's employment centers, UCSD and Torrey Pines State Reserve.

Home builders really do listen! Pardee Homes recently redesigned and expanded the Plan 1 home at their Bridle Ridge neighborhood in coastal North San Diego County to include an extra bedroom and expanded square footage in response to buyer input.
