She holds a long-standing interest in the area of helping others achieve success, and wrote her master's thesis on "Perception and Productivity: Applications of Vision and Wholeness, Orientations to Productivity Improvement in Retail Organizations." Her thesis was based on Trust Theory, the work of her mentor, Dr. Jack R. Gibb. With an affinity for communicating with others in a way that leads to a common understanding of goals, Ms. Waller's expertise lies in assisting Strategic Coach clients and coaches to deepen their "Unique Ability," which means focusing on what they most love to do and do best. Unique Ability is a key concept in the Strategic Coach Program.

As a champion of the ongoing growth and development of the associate coaches, she meets with them to set up their yearly game plans and frequently observes their quarterly workshops to give them encouraging feedback. All of the associate coaches are extremely successful entrepreneurs who have mastered Strategic Coach concepts, and, says Ms. Waller, are very inspiring people to work with.

She also works with the team that coaches the associate coaches on the content and delivery of the workshop materials. Ms. Waller loves to listen and to get to the essence of creativity and problem-solving with clients, team members, and coaches.

Ms. Waller became involved in her current profession because her daughter Shannon, a team member, designer, and coach at Strategic Coach, invited her to come and work with her on her sales team 17 years ago. Having seen and admired the work of the president and founder of Strategic Coach, Dan Sullivan, when she attended an introductory session that he delivered in Vancouver, she took the opportunity to move back to Toronto and join the Strategic Coach team. A few years later, her daughter Julia also joined Strategic Coach and became their Unique Ability specialist. Ms. Waller feels extremely blessed to work with both of her talented and gifted daughters, Julia and Shannon.

Ms. Waller attributes her years of continued success to great trainers and mentors like Dr. Jack Gibb whom she worked with for 20 years. Gibb created high-trust experiences, and Ms. Waller followed in his footsteps and delivered these weekend workshops. Other mentors of hers include Werner Erhard, whose workshops illuminated self-empowerment and created great linguistic distinctions; Sage Hope, whose workshops she promoted with her "Spirit 2001" training company that created an experiential quantum physics awareness that who we are is pure energy; Dr. David Hawkins, who embodies that "Love is the Ultimate Law of the Universe"; and the amazing leadership and phenomenal support system at Strategic Coach.

At Strategic Coach, she is constantly exposed to the genius of Dan Sullivan, the program creator and the brilliance of his wife Babs Smith, chief executive officer. Ms. Waller holds a master's degree in psychology and organization development, which she began at International College and completed at William Lyon University, San Diego.
