The owner of The Parlour in Bluffton since 2019, Ms. Kendrick began her professional career in corporate manufacturing. She previously worked in the purchasing division for Honda America Manufacturing in Marysville, Ohio for seven years and the purchasing division of Gulfstream Aerospace for one year. After contributing for eight years in corporate manufacturing, Ms. Kendrick changed her career path to align with her family needs and passions.

In 2010, Ms. Kendrick graduated summa cum laude with an Associate of Science in business and salon management, as well as a cosmetology degree from the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort. A celebrated hair stylist in Bluffton for nine years, Ms. Kendrick is a five-time Best of Bluffton winner in years of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018. Likewise, she was voted as the Best Stylist via Sun Today in 2018. She serves her clients as a Goldwell and Redken color specialist.

Outside of her awards, Ms. Kendrick is most proud to have opened her own salon, which was built by her husband, Mark. She is glad to provide a happy workplace environment for seven stylists, with whom she has worked for years, as well as her clients. Looking towards the future, Ms. Kendrick aspires to expand The Parlour brand by helping her stylists achieve their goals as salon owners while expanding The Parlour brand.
