EVERETT, MA, May 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lucia Fosco has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
After several years in special education, Ms. Fosco transitioned into real estate in 2012 as an agent for W Henry Estates LLC, a residential and commercial firm that serves the greater Boston area. For more than a decade, she has focused on successfully helping clients secure, sell or rent their properties in a timely manner. Ms. Fosco notably specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, as well as investors, and is also experienced in property management. A reliable and trustworthy agent, she concentrates on providing unparalleled service to her clients to ensure that every aspect of their transaction goes smoothly.
In addition to selling real estate, Ms. Fosco has been a private practice child care consultant in Cambridge, Massachusetts, since 2010. She is also a cultural care consultant for Cultural Care Au Pair in Cambridge. An advocate for this style of child care, Ms. Fosco encourages parents to consider opportunities to serve as host families, which benefits both the families and the au pairs in various economic and cultural ways. Ms. Fosco's career in consulting stems from her previous role as an applied behavior analysis therapist in the public school system. Her desire to work with special education students was due to the realization that there was not enough inclusion or adequate resources in the school systems to support the children.
Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Fosco has volunteered her time with the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America in support of her late cousin. She is also active with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and several other nonprofit organizations.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Fosco earned an Associate of Arts in early education at North Shore Community College. She subsequently attended Lesley University where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts and human resources and a Master of Arts in early childhood education with a minor in psychology. Well qualified in her current field, Ms. Fosco completed coursework in real estate at the Lee Institute School of Real Estate before becoming a licensed realtor in the state of Massachusetts.
