ST. LOUIS, MO, September 13, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- U.S. Farmers & Ranchers in Action (USFRA) announced today the sponsors of the fourth annual Honor the Harvest Forum, an invitation-only executive leadership convening to explore top-line challenges facing agriculture. "We are also grateful to the Henry family for hosting Honor the Harvest at LongView Farms in Central Iowa in America's heartland. What better backdrop could we have to co-create a bold, sustainable future for U.S. food and agriculture."

Through their sponsorship, these companies and organizations will support the attendees—finance, corporate, and farming leaders—as they collaborate on innovative practices and technology to advance agricultural climate solutions. This year's event will help drive investment in the transformation of agriculture and continue to build momentum behind agriculture as a core solution to climate change. The event's media sponsor, Successful Farming, is committed to making sure farmers are informed about the sustainability discussions, novel solutions, and key speakers from the event.

"During Honor the Harvest, we trade suits for boots; call leaders to action to work together on the biggest challenges; and put CEOs, farmers, and ranchers together to solve problems," said USFRA CEO Erin Fitzgerald. "The level of commitment for the forum across all of our sponsors demonstrates the collaboration within the food and agriculture community as we work together on the Decade of Ag to drive further investments of all kinds toward a more climate smart future."

The Decade of Ag vision was originally crafted at the inaugural Honor the Harvest Forum in 2019 and was finalized at the Honor the Harvest 2020. That vision was officially launched as the Decade of Ag on National Ag Day 2021 and is the shared 'North Star' that guides the work USFRA does individually and collectively. The vision is called the Decade of Ag, as this next decade requires unprecedented collaboration and commitment.

The three-day invitation-only convening will take place Sept. 13-15 in Nevada, Iowa. More information about Honor the Harvest can be found here.
