Through her consulting business, she works with individuals and organizations to enhance psychological safety and operational efficiency. Recently, Ms. Boone has been guiding companies in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their operations, helping them discern which tasks should remain human-driven and which can be optimized through AI.

Ms. Boone's previous career history included significant roles at LexisNexis, where she demonstrated excellence in her roles. She began as an editorial manager in 2005, later becoming the director of content analysis in 2010. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she was appointed as the Senior Director of Case Law Operations in 2015 and subsequently as the Senior Director of Statutory Operations from 2018 to 2023. A decade before LexisNexis acquired Shepherd's McGraw Hill, Ms. Boone was hired by the organization in 1987, where she witnessed significant technological advancements that instilled in her an unwavering curiosity and adaptability, which have been crucial to her career progression.

Foundational to her success, Ms. Boone earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Brescia University and a Master of Business Administration in organizational performance management from Regis University. These academic achievements have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary for her leadership roles.

Ms. Boone's commitment to lifelong learning is further evident through her numerous professional credentials, including as a certified success principles™ trainer through Jack Canfield Companies and a psychological safety facilitator from Aristotle Performance. She also holds certifications as a process analyst and agile associate and completed courses on collaborating and innovating in hybrid teams, managing virtually, optimizing self-awareness, and fostering inclusion and diversity.
