In this role, she created the Pacific Coast Region spanning five states and demonstrating visionary leadership and an unwavering commitment to growth. Her ability to connect authentically with both clients and colleagues reinforced her reputation as a trusted and dynamic force within the financial sector.

From 2021 to 2022, Ms. Mayfield served as Head of Retail Sales at Wyndham Capital Mortgage where she leveraged her industry expertise to develop needed infrastructure and establish a retail sales channel within the firm's direct-to-consumer lending model.

Her tenure at Citi, from 2014 to 2021, marked a significant chapter in her leadership journey. As Director and Division Lending Executive, she oversaw major market productivity across the country, driving growth in both the mortgage division and the retail bank. Under her guidance, teams consistently achieved top performance in loan production, new household acquisition, and customer satisfaction—establishing her as a driving force in strategic execution, talent acquisition and people development.

Ms. Mayfield's career trajectory includes notable contributions during her time at Bank of the West, where she served as Senior Vice President and national sales manager from 2010 to 2014, as well as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager from 2007 to 2010. These formative roles broadened her expertise in executive strategy and operational planning. Her leadership voice gained national recognition through online educational videos, industry press features, and a live CNBC segment—highlighting her expertise across key mortgage topics and passion for consumer education.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Mayfield served in prominent leadership roles as President of The Home Loan Group, a Chase affiliate, from 2006 to 2007, and founding President of Private Mortgage Advisors, an affiliate of Wells Fargo, from 2004 to 2006. Her dedication to coaching and mentorship was similarly evident throughout these tenures, particularly through her impactful relationship with a mentee who went on to achieve her career aspirations with her guidance.

Ms. Mayfield's equally accomplished academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business and coursework at the Graduate School of Banking at Pacific Coast Banking School. To augment her knowledge and leadership qualifications, she is certified in leading strategic growth by Columbia Business School and in women's leadership development by the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management. Additionally, she obtained the School of Mortgage Banking I & II certificates from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2012.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Mayfield is actively involved in civic organizations such as The Salvation Army San Francisco, where she serves as a committee member for annual fundraising efforts for underprivileged children and is a former board member of their advisory board. Deeply committed to animal welfare, she finds profound fulfillment in supporting and fundraising for the United States Humane Society and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

In her personal life, Ms. Mayfield was an avid marathoner and triathlete until 2014, and—despite not being a strong swimmer—counts her two swims from Alcatraz among her proudest achievements.
