Ms. Vaughn-Goggans has established a distinguished career in the marketing industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at RAK Porcelain USA since 2023. In this role, she oversees all marketing aspects, including new product development, trade shows, go-to-market catalogs and brochures, social media and key partner marketing initiatives. Her expertise in marketing and product development has been instrumental in her success, earning her recognition as one of the Most Influential Leaders in the HORECA industry by CIO Women Magazine in 2024.

Prior to this role, Tanya was the Director of National Chain Accounts at Libbey, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Her tenure at Libbey also included roles as National Sales Manager and E-commerce Manager from 2017 to 2022.

Tanya's career trajectory also includes a pivotal role as Director and Senior Product Manager at Everyware Global, now known as The Oneida Group, from 2013 to 2017. For the preceding seven years, she served as a Product and Brand Manager at American Greetings Corporation, after developing a deep understanding of brand management over a 20-year tenure at this company.

Educationally, Ms. Goggans' background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University in 1994. Apart from her education, she attributes much of her success to the INROADS Internship Program, which provided her with invaluable professional training and opportunities during her formative years. Additionally, the support of her family and mentorship from strong female leaders have been crucial influences throughout her career.

Tanya's dedication to excellence has been recognized with several awards, including the Award of Excellence from Edward Don & Company, National Expo in 2024 and inclusion in Kaleidoscope Magazine's 40/40 Club. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is also a member of the sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sporting events, and exploring new culinary experiences. She loves to actively plan weddings for family and friends, a role she previously performed professionally. She is most passionate about serving as a mentor for young women, especially her daughter, Nia, who serves in the non-profit sector.
