Her leadership was pivotal in steering large and complex transformation programs at Comcast, turning challenging upgrades into success stories that strengthened Amdocs' reputation and enhanced customer outcomes.

Her tenure at Amdocs spans multiple leadership roles: Service Partner (2019–2022), Customer Engagement Director (2018–2019), Service Delivery Director (2013–2018), and Software Development Manager (2010–2013). Prior to Amdocs, she held influential roles at Soapstone Networks, Alcatel, Bharti Televentures (Airtel), and Reliance Infocomm, shaping product design, leading delivery, and driving innovation and leading enterprise delivery teams.

Ms. Massand's academic and early achievements reflect her lifelong commitment to excellence. She earned a Master of Science in Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating as the Gold Medalist, personally awarded by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the then President of India. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and an Executive MBA in Systems and Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. She has further enriched her expertise with global certifications, including Network Communication Protocols (Harvard University), IT Project Management (Brandeis University), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Her formative years were marked by extraordinary recognition at the national level. She is one of the few professionals to have been honored by three different Presidents of India. These include: Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma – for earning the President's Award in Scouts & Guides, representing Delhi state; Giani Zail Singh – for representing Delhi in National-level Basketball, and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam – for achieving the University Gold Medal in her master's program. These early accolades laid the foundation for her leadership journey and passion for excellence.

A lifelong learner, Ms. Massand constantly embraces new challenges and skills. Professionally, she is immersing herself in Generative AI technologies to explore their potential in telecom transformation. Personally, she continues to expand her horizons—learning French as a new language, taking up tennis competitively through USTA tournaments, and pursuing diverse interests including meditation, dance, and bowling.

Her contributions have also been recognized within the corporate world—earning the Amdocs Division Rising Star Leader Award (2016) and being named Employee of the Month at Soapstone Networks (2008). Earlier, she was honored as the Valedictorian (Best Outgoing Student) of Ramjas Public School in 1999.
