Earlier in her career, Ms. YiLau worked in PwC US Advisory's forensics practice, focusing on licensing management and contract compliance for leading global technology and consumer brands. This role provided extensive international exposure and reinforced her analytical and investigative acumen. She began her professional journey in PwC US' Assurance practice in 2010, serving clients in the professional services, consumer, industrial products, oil and gas, construction, and non-profit sectors — experience that provided the foundation for her multidisciplinary expertise across PwC's service lines.

Ms. YiLau graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration (concentrations in International Business and Real Estate Finance) and Accounting (concentration in Accounting Information Systems). Her studies included coursework abroad at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she gained firsthand exposure to global business practices.

Ms. YiLau holds active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenses in California (2012), New York (2016), and Texas (2023). These credentials reflect her commitment to professional excellence while upholding the highest standards of integrity and practice.
