Over the years, she evolved that mission from designing for events to designing complete success systems for small and mid-sized businesses, empowering them to grow with confidence and clarity.

Michelle's career also includes leadership and creative roles at Out Loud Social Media, where she served as Director of Operations and Project Manager. During that time, she managed large-scale campaigns and improved workflows to help businesses strengthen their digital presence. Earlier in her career, she worked as Marketing Director and Franchisee for Pretty in Paint Parties, where she developed creative marketing campaigns that increased brand awareness and community engagement.

Throughout her career, Michelle has been recognized for her innovation and leadership. She and the Beechtree Team received a Social Media Award from the Builders League of South Jersey for their work in the home services sector. Michelle was also named Business Person of the Year by Alignable for her influence and contributions to the local business community in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.

Michelle is also deeply involved in professional and civic organizations. She serves on the Board of LeTip of Mount Laurel, is an active member of the Builders League of South Jersey and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, and regularly shares her expertise with local business owners through speaking engagements and events.

Her dedication to helping others extends into her community involvement. She proudly supports Puzzle Pieces Squared, which assists families affected by autism, and the Animal Welfare Association in Voorhees Township, NJ. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia in 2007, where she met her husband, Ed Coyle. Born in Staten Island, New York, Michelle now resides in Southern New Jersey with her husband and their two children.
