By adding Asana and Linear, two popular project management tools, CSMs can now create and manage tasks. Younium further enhances that by enabling billing and subscription management.

3. Gauge customer sentiment faster and more accurately based on new survey results

The Crisp and Grain integrations allow CSMs to import meeting and conversation data. Paired with AskNicely, a powerful CX platform collecting NPS, CSAT, and CES responses, the new integrations enable customer sentiment analysis.
