Cairns, a lifelong resident of Fort Mill, South Carolina, brings more than 20 years of experience as a national account manager for Checkpoint Systems to her first franchise venture. While maintaining her successful corporate career in retail partnerships, she is expanding her professional portfolio into business ownership by opening her first restaurant after discovering the brand in her hometown.

"Opening this restaurant is the result of years of curiosity and recognizing the right opportunity," Cairns said. "Capriotti's has given me the chance to build something meaningful while becoming part of the community. We have already felt a great deal of support since moving to Southwest Florida, and we cannot wait to serve Cape Coral."

Cairns relocated to the area roughly 18 months ago and noted that the brand already has a loyal following among residents.

The nearly 1,500-square-foot location features a menu centered on premium ingredients. Highlights include the "Classic Cheesesteak," a member of the Cheesesteak Hall of Fame, and "The Bobbie," made with slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. To ensure bolder flavor, the shop crafts every sandwich to order with 25% more meat than standard subs.

The restaurant will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and offers dine-in, pickup, and delivery options. For group events, the shop provides catering services, including party trays featuring signature subs and salads.
