Before joining Smart Solutions International, Ms. Mitchell served as practice experience manager for enterprise resource planning at Grant Thornton from 2022 to 2025, where she led ERP transformation programs and stabilized high-risk engagements. Prior to that, she was vice president of the ERP practice at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where she built and scaled a new ERP services practice and established the delivery frameworks that supported its rapid growth. Earlier, she served as director of the project management office at ROI Healthcare Solutions, where she implemented governance structures and delivery standards that improved project performance and client satisfaction. Her earlier experience as a senior project manager at Avaap further strengthened her expertise in program oversight, financial management, and cross-functional leadership.

A defining chapter of Ms. Mitchell's career occurred during her tenure at Infor from 2014 to 2018. She held several leadership roles, including director of release certification and enterprise release management, hypercare engagement executive, and senior project director. During this period, she led the first Canadian payroll implementation on a newly released ERP platform—an industry-first initiative that required navigating complex regulatory requirements, integrating an untested product, and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, product, and client operations. This groundbreaking deployment set a new benchmark for future implementations and earned her multiple awards, including Project Manager of the Quarter and the Most Valuable Player Award in 2015.

Ms. Mitchell holds a Master of Science in operations and project management from Southern New Hampshire University (2020) and a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Barat College of DePaul University (2002). She is a certified Project Management Professional and completed the Infor Sales Academy: Value Selling with MEDDPICC Foundation program. She is also an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Project Management Institute, and she contributed as an author to The Projectless Manager with Peter Taylor during the COVID-19 pandemic. She volunteers with the Fort Worth Chapter of the Project Management Institute, supporting local professional development initiatives.
