She serves as a committee member for the Celiac Disease Clinic at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where she contributes insights from both personal experience and professional expertise following her diagnosis with celiac disease nearly a decade ago. As an advisory board member for the Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts at Nashville State Community College, Ms. Gangeri helps shape curriculum development for future culinary professionals.
