As vice president of operations, senior director, general manager, head of hub operations, director of operations and site director, he introduced a robotic reverse logistics solution that significantly improved operational efficiency. His contributions were pivotal in facilitating Happy Returns' acquisition by PayPal for $297 million. He also served on the advisory board for the Design Thinking and Innovation Executive Program at the University of California Riverside for one year.
At Amazon from 2018 to 2022, Mr. Dennis advanced through several leadership roles, including multi-site leader, AFE regional subject matter expert for North America, operations manager III, AFE site subject matter expert and area operations manager II.
