Mr. Ocon's educational background includes a degree in civil engineering, with a specialization in engineering administration, from UCA, providing a strong foundation for both his technical accomplishments and leadership roles. He holds certification as a structural engineer in 40 U.S. states, serving as a testament to his broad expertise and commitment to maintaining rigorous professional standards. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Ocon has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement.
