As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Prof. Baale's distinguished career is marked by a commitment to leadership, education and international collaboration. Since 2008, he has served as the chief executive officer of Business School Netherlands Nigeria, where he has leveraged his extensive commercial expertise to foster academic excellence and innovation. At the heart of his mission is transformation: he seeks to inspire people to experience a profound, innate sense of personal and professional growth.

In addition to his responsibilities at Business School Netherlands Nigeria, Dr. Baale has been an agile transformation consultant for the Middle East, Africa and Russia region at the Center for Management & Organization Effectiveness since 2006. His work in this role focuses on helping organizations adapt to rapidly changing business environments through strategic transformation initiatives.

Prof. Baale also serves as director of WIAL Nigeria, a position he has held since 2019. In this capacity, he advances action learning methodologies and supports organizational development across various sectors. From 2009 to 2010, he was engaged as a consultant and chief strategy officer for Mike Adenuga Group at Globacom Limited, where he contributed to strategic planning and business growth.

Over his 25 years with Pfizer, Dr. Baale managed operations across 32 countries in Africa and France, gaining invaluable international experience and building diverse professional networks. He credits much of his success to these global interactions and the exposure they provided.

Prof. Baale's professional journey began with part-time teaching in 2003 while still at Pfizer, which evolved into a full-time commitment to academia by 2007. This transition was motivated by his desire to create a lasting legacy through education, a value instilled in him during his formative years.

Throughout his career, Prof. Baale has held influential positions within industry organizations. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council since 2020 and has served as president, chairman and governing council member of the Nigeria Academy of Pharmacy. He earned a Doctor of Business Administration in digital transformation from Business School Netherlands, an endeavor that deepened his understanding of technology's role in education delivery. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, completed in 1984, and a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University.

In addition to his formal degrees, Prof. Baale holds numerous certifications. His professional development spans advanced global general management through Pfizer Inc., global leadership coursework at Columbia Business School, executive training in health economics at The University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom, and advanced product management through Pfizer Inc.'s executive programs.

Influenced by formative experiences, including support from a principal who ensured he could continue his studies, Dr. Baale developed a philosophy centered on giving back by uplifting others through knowledge sharing. This early aspiration to contribute to public health led him into pharmacy and ultimately shaped his approach to leadership and education.

Prof. Baale's civic engagement reflects a long-standing commitment to education, leadership, and humanitarian service. Since 2013, he has served on the board of Greensprings Schools in Lekki, Nigeria, and contributes as a member of the advisory council for the Transformative Leadership Programme at Stetson University.
