Ms. Tatum was ranked number one in her division of PBT Growth percentage at 6619 percent at $13,100, number three in her division for sales growth at 138 percent at $294,300 and number 10 in division of perm settlement fees. She also collected a $109,000 debt from a client who had moved out of the country. Ms. Tatum increased the bill rate of a corporate account on a local level by 22 percent. She is proud of receiving 39 accolades to date, including an Excellence, Bronze and Silver Award, for her achievements in the industry and credits her success to her faith, hard work, dedication and her supportive family.

Upon completing the national personnel consultant certification process, Ms. Tatum ranked among the top 20 in the nation for passing parts one and two of the examination, which is based on federal and state laws as well as general industry knowledge. She is also a certified personnel trainer and continues to take courses and attend trainings and workshops to stay abreast in her field. In her spare time, she serves on the board of the King County Jobs Initiative and volunteers for events and field trips at her children's schools, church, attends plays and concerts, travels, spends time with family and friends, reads, is a member of DCI and Spoken Images, and is a contributor to various charities.
